北カレリア地域、長野県、伊那市は、今後も実りある協働関係を築きます 著　ティモ・レイノネン 北カレリア地域評議会、長野県、伊那市は、東京でさらなる協力覚書を締結しました 北カレリア地域評議会と長野県庁間の覚書は、マルクス・ヒルヴォネン地域知事と須藤俊一森林局長によって署名されました。北カレリア地域評議会と伊那市間の覚書は、ヒルヴォネン知事と白鳥孝市長によって署名されました。 この小規模な調印式は、2024年11月12日に在日フィンランド大使館にて執り行われました。 覚書の目的は、地域開発、林業・産業、再生可能エネルギー、森林開発・バイオエコノミー、教育・研究の分野における締約地域間の協力を促進することです。この措置には、定期的な情報交換、技術、ノウハウ、イノベーションの促進、専門家訪問の開催、企業との緊密な協力などが含まれます。 この覚書は、2019年に署名された最初の契約に続くものです。地域間の組織的な協力は、欧州地域開発基金と北カレリア地域評議会が資金提供した2020年から2023年のプロジェクト「北カレリアと長野の間の森林バイオエコノミー協力の開発」から始まりました。また、2023年から2025年にかけて実施予定のプロジェクト「North Karelia’s Forest Bioeconomy and Unique Food Inter­na­tional Growth…
